POLICIES

  1. Our work our responsibility: When we assemble items, that is our responsibility as to the quality in how it’s assembled, and not the responsibility of the place you bought the items from. Our work on your items is our responsibility. We are liable for our work. Once the furniture is assembled, we will show you, test it, make sure everything is built right, and have you see it for yourself to confirm the job has been complete correctly before we leave. Also for peace of mind, we have insurance.
  2. Damaged pieces: If we damage the pieces, we are insured, and we will cover the replacement costs. However, if we notice damage prior, we will let you know ahead of time before assembling that piece and show you where the damage is.
  3. Missing pieces: If there are pieces missing, we will have to make an additional trip back to assemble the items. We will work this out with each customer.
  4. Finish with solutions: We finish our work and interactions with satisfaction, solutions, and fairness. If there are issues or problems, communicate with us, and let’s see what we can do to make things right.
